  When did he turn blond?

The art he is not good. Not only is Speed's hair a different color (thanks Shinderu), but his hand in the bottom left corner of page 4 looks demented.

The little twist with Gus at the end doesn't add anything to the story and it all happens so quickly that there is no impact felt.

Hey, I did like that little twist at the end. I sure didn't figure on him being the brains (avoiding the spoiler here) and it was executed pretty good. The Speed Saunders series is getting better, but is still fairly workmanlike and apparently isn't meant to dazzle.

2 stars. Maybe someone put Clorox in Speed's hair dye?
